I originally wrote a post on this article, explaining how basically Mr. Barr had his info incorrect and proceeded to explain how get the correct information for tracing a website’s geo location.  As I am transfering this blog to another CMS I’ve decided this story was really a bad idea and will just link to the story instead.  If you want to know how to do this just Google for ‘ip by domain, host location by domain, ip location’ or any variation.
